1. How do I get started with services at Tenacious Salon?
In-salon services are available by referral or existing client request only.
To inquire, please contact the salon via call or text, or submit a request through the Contact Us form.
Hair extension clients should begin by completing the Hair Extensions Inquiry Form.
Bridal clients may inquire through the Bridal Inquiry Form to receive customized quotes and check availability.
2. Do you travel for weddings or special events?
Yes. I travel throughout Georgia and beyond for weddings, events, and select personal styling. Travel fees may apply based on distance and logistics.
3. Is a deposit required to book bridal or on-location hairstyling services?
Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all bridal and on-location bookings. Your date is not officially held until the retainer and signed agreement are received.
4. Do you offer services for the entire bridal party?
Absolutely. I’m happy to accommodate bridal parties with advance planning. Packages and timelines are tailored to fit your wedding day needs. For larger parties, we may bring additional stylists we collaborate with regularly to ensure everyone is taken care of and the morning runs smoothly. Sharing your party size and timing details early on helps us create the best possible experience for you and your party.
5. Are you available for red carpet or press junket styling?
Yes, I’m open to select travel, red carpet, or personal styling opportunities. Feel free to reach out with details through the Contact page.
6. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 - 48 hours in advance for salon services. Bridal and Personal hairstyling service contracts outline specific terms for schedule changes, cancellations, and emergencies.
7. What brands do you use in the salon?
I work with high-performance brands like Kenra, Virtue, Color Wow, and Seven Haircare, selected for their results and ingredient integrity.
8. Do extensions damage my natural hair?
When applied, maintained, and removed properly, hair extensions do not damage your natural hair. Our team takes care to match the method to your hair type, and we provide detailed aftercare instructions to keep your natural hair healthy and strong.
9. Do I need a consultation before getting extensions?
A consultation is required for hair extension clients to assess hair type, length, density, and discuss your desired look. This ensures a personalized plan and a flawless final result. To schedule, first take a minute and fill out our Hair Extensions Inquiry Form. Once we receive and review it, someone will contact you to schedule an in-person consultation.
10. What is the price range for hair extension installation?
Full-head Keratin Bond (K-Tip) extensions typically range from $2,800–$3,400+, inclusive of premium, professionally sourced hair and custom installation. Final pricing is confirmed during your personalized consultation and reflects desired length, density, and overall transformation goals.
All extension services feature DreamCatchers® Remy Hair or other top-tier vendors selected to ensure seamless integration, natural movement, and long-term wear.
Select hybrid or alternative extension methods are also available, beginning at $1,200+, depending on the technique and amount of hair required. Your consultation will determine the most appropriate approach for your hair and lifestyle.
